Made a new loop with as many turns as I could fit into 1k plus some stairs and fences in there too. Found myself working surprisingly hard so a really good session and really good practice for accelerating which is something I know I can improve on.

Ended up being a lot easier to just do a solo session today around an oval that was conveniently lit for a footy training. Legs felt fantastic after resting up over the weekend.
