Middle Training and Warby Ranges
Just did it as an easy run but technique was a little rusty and a nice tricky course so a few little misses here and there.
Awesome area though, shame it hasn't been used more. Map was still pretty up to date too other than one small section that has basically just become Kecskemet.

Attempted intervals but got through the 8min tempo at the start and was feeling awful so stopped there and just did an easy run home. Pretty sure it's just the fact that I trained fully right through the exam period finally catching up with my body. No point in doing anything stupid this week after a few good months of training so just resting up for the rest of it.
