Did my ankle last night playing futsal and it pulled up pretty sore today. Got hacked down by some dickhead (I probably was asking for it after getting three megs in the first half and scoring one where I went through their whole team) but maybe the most frustrating bit was I didn't even get a free for it.

Did the tempo solo just keeping it nice and chill at 3:20s (did it in exactly 10'). Then did the hills starting from the pipe bridge, working well with Joe and Aston.

Multi-tech that I set a while ago on the good mining bit of Glenluce. Control pick, some longer compass controls with no tracks then a nice thin corridor to finish.

Max Ueda made a welcome appearance at the orienteers' track session and I tried my best to hang on to him. Pretty bulky session so happy to get through it as consistently as I did but nice and cooked afterwards
6:18 then all the 4s were 73-75 although the floats got progressively slower in each set.

Awesome terrain, mapping and course - definitely lived up to the hype that was built up for this event. Pretty happy to have pulled out a nice clean run in a technical sprint like this too and to finally bring home the cup.
