Aus Relays-Leg 1
Stacked field on leg one which made it quality fun. Picked up my first forking fine then went slightly right of the line with Brodie on the first long leg which I think was a good call. Pretty much led the group through that section on the northern part of the map then on the long leg back decided to back myself and go wide right along the road. Ended up popping out 5-10s ahead of the Simon train who went straight so happy with that call too.

Unfortunately I then stacked and smashed my knee open which meant I ended up back in the pack through the run-through but not the end of the world. Used doyley nicely through the next bit of mining but keeping touch fine the whole way. A bit of a tussle for the rest of the last loop but picked a slightly nicer line down to 15 (even though we all missed it a little) so managed to get ahead a tiny bit. Then I rekt doyley on the skree slope to the last control because he had regular SI and I zoom zoomed straight through it to the finish.
Really rated the course and area, lots of fun out there today

Knee really started to stiffen up so cut it short. Got a lot worse over the evening which isn't ideal but we'll see how it pulls up

Calf/knee not noticeable at all so happy days, must be the healing qualities of 4:42s
