Saw the physio again today and he upgraded me to some harder exercises. Really happy with the progress in the past few days, looks like I'll be able to test out running again early next week and feeling much more confident that I'll be able to run fine at Easter.

Nice to be working hard again although bit of a sweatfest. Briefly tried spinning and it was alright so might be able to introduce a bit of variety now

Maybe the most anyone's ever enjoyed an easy session on the elliptical, so nice to be able to do something after a very boring week of nothing.

Big improvement in the last couple of days, can pretty much walk again which is quite a nice change too. Saw the physio today and got the offical ok for cross training so mainly elliptical until I can bend my knee more, then maybe spinning or I'll get in the pool. I'll still be cutting it pretty fine for Easter, will probably only be back running in time to do a couple of test runs in the days leading up to it. Still pretty much the best I could've hoped for so I'll happily cop a week of cross training and then hopefully she'll be right
