Bit of a cold, tried to be sensible and do everything I could to get rid of it quickly. Even put myself through the pain of eating raw garlic again, not sure if that one's worth it

First 'real' intervals session in a while after a month of various injuries/orienteering/resting so a little bit of a shock to the system. Jakob got away from me a little in the last couple which I was a bit annoyed at myself for but went straight from a big day of uni into this and yesterday was relatively tough on my body too I guess (including climbing in the evening too).
