Orienteering long 1:55:32 [2] 15.02 km (7:42 / km)
shoes: nvii Forest 1

Contours only course from a few years ago at NĂ¥sten, running with Olle and Erik. Middle third was pretty grim (some felled stuff + green/rocky) but otherwise a pretty fun way to do a longrun.

Orienteering 53:29 [2] 9.74 km (5:29 / km)
shoes: nvii Forest 1

Relay training on a rapid fast section of Lunsen. Lucked out with all the same forkings as Rassmus to start with so we got a bit of a lead (to be fair I was doing my own orienteering though). Then in the last third I got a bit sloppy, a frustrating miss where I just didn't see the tape and a couple with poor compass. Still, plenty of positives to take out from today.

Mondo Indoor Games
Happy to get breaking the barrier done although still finished a little disappointed on this one. Talked with a few of the boys beforehand and we agreed to take it out with 35s but the first couple were way too slow (went through the first in 39!). Took over the lead and picked it up but then made a bit of a mistake in letting Oskar get a tiny gap on me when I had a slower patch around 1.2km. Ah well, good fun racing with a good group of the boys and definitely more to come later. 2:59, 6:01

Running warm up/down 21:54 [2] 4.37 km (5:01 / km)
