Still not feeling great on reps and hit the wall at the end of the second 8 so cut it a little short.
A pretty frustrating period, haven’t been happy with a session for about a month. I pretty much know why it happened, I had a big month of training in May and since then even though I’ve sort of been ‘resting’, I’ve still been doing some bigger training days every now and then so never really recovered. I guess it’s been a busy month and my sleep has definitely suffered but I did also get tests done and everything seems to be fine there. Not sure exactly what to do, training is pretty much the only decent thing we can do at the moment so I feel like I need to keep it up to keep myself sane, just need to be sensible-ish and not expect too much from myself.
