3x≈2.2km on a hilly loop at Royal Park + 5x 30" strides on the hill
Was meant to be 4 loops but blew up big time on the first loop (the group went out way too hard) so did the strides instead at the end. So not the greatest session but still got some hard work done. Very happy we did this in the morning though because it was already heating up (and the first few hot days of the summer really hit hard).
