No real rest after Melrose so running Tweedbank not fully recovered and found decision making harder. Good training session.

Legs still feeling it from the weekend but generally ok. Breathing was terrible, I feel so unfit.

(Chase)
Decided just to have a go on this one as leg was feeling ok. SI didn’t register at #15, probably was too hasty as I knew Lindsey wasn’t far behind and didn’t check for beep. At least it didn’t matter on the Chase. Happy enough with Prologue result and the fact that I was running ok, just feeling unfit at the moment.
