Friday Feb 16 #

running 1:05:00 [3] 10.0 km (6:30 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrine 5

Sharplaw-through Lanton Wood and out onto Lanton Road-round Golf Course to Dunion Road-Todlaw-down Gala Hill-up Oxnam Road-Bountrees-Hartrigge Crescent-Waterside Road-Pleasants.
A covering of very icy snow made things a bit tricky on the tracks in Lanton and very wet and deep mud around golf course. Great afternoon to be out once I managed to get warmed up, really cold wind again.

Thursday Feb 15 #

running 23:43 [3] 4.0 km (5:56 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrine 5

Short run (between day job and evening job)
Sharplaw-down bike track-up White Lodge-Sharplaw
Very muddy and wet off road, bikers altered route a little in the wood to avoid the worst bits. Very cold wind.

STAG SoSOL
A bit messy and hesitant to start with, the 1:5000 map took a bit of getting used to and got stuck trying to get through the green. More running legs from 8 to the finish which suited me.
