Sharplaw-bike track-White Lodge-Sharplaw
A bit muddy in places through the wood and a couple of branches down across the track, one I could go under and one I could jump over. Great afternoon to be out, I only wish the weather forecast was the same for the Masters XC on Saturday.

Found this really tough today. Tried to take it easy at the start especially as there was a big climb and wanted to leave a bit as there was another muddy climb to the finish. Caught a few n the second half especially on the muddy downhill section.
