Very poorly timed run - was out for less than 10 minutes and it started chucking it down with rain! Generally quite slippery because of the rain and slid down a muddy bank towards the end of my run too!

Was finding it really slippery this morning and didn't really feel like I was moving very well because of it. Had someone with me for about 3/4 of it to push me on and I pulled away from him over the last km.

20 x 1 minute intervals with 1 minute rest in between (2 mins after number 10). Legs still really heavy from Sunday so took me about 4 or so to get going and generally feeling better as the session went on.

Making sure I can still move ok. Managed a little more than the planned 30 minutes but wouldn't have wanted to go any further than this.
