Wooton hills route with Penny Lane, steady over the whole route apart from 2 x hill sprints at the end. Stomach a bit unhappy.

Harrock hill race - hard climb at the start but managed up that ok. All good up the long climb in the middle too but the downhill after that was slow and was having to try and work hard to make up time after that. Got stuck in a train on the last little fast downhill bit and then good to the finish. Happy despite breathing being a bit dodgy and nose sniffly.
