Amazing run up towards the Pentlands with Liam and Alison. Was a great morning out and even did a section down the scree. I really liked this run but was kind of struggling with the hills, I need to do more of this!

Lovely run round Heriot Watt uni with Alison for the first time in ages! Did the old Round the Grounds route round the trail which was nice but could have done with a head torch as it was getting dark.

8 x 420m +22m climb hill reps with jog back down recovery. Did them all about 95 seconds per rep so happy with the consistency. Pressed the wrong button on my watch so didn't get a split time for number 7.
