Was less than 5 minutes in and it started snowing! Luckily I had full length tights and a jacket with a good on so actually was quite nice running in the snow.

Long run out to club session which was hilly run round Mossley Hills tonight. Was raining on the way along but had jacked so kept mostly dry. Got an absolute downpour for about 10 minutes at about the 70 minute mark and ended up soaked through, but glad I actually went out and did the run.

Ran out to training, whihc was further than I though! Then 5 x 800m reps with about 3 min break in between. Then had to run home again!

"The Avocado Run" needed one for the lunch I had already half made for tomorrow so run included a stop off to pick up an avocado (for each hand to keep me balanced) so last 20 minutes were with added weights!
