CSC Heats at Sherwood Forest Park - was really nice to get out in the forest for the first time in ages. Not a bad run but was using the trails a lot. Got hit by some hailstones too.

In preparation for Orienteering at the weekend I set my self a goal to do a ~14km run this week so this is it. Was a little concerned about doing it as haven’t done much recently but was great once I got going and it reminded me why I like distance running :) was a nice sunny afternoon too which helped.
