Scottish 6 days - Day 6 Grandtully
Intricate and technical area with a lot of boulders! Good fun and being out later on meant there were tracks everywhere so getting the right direction was the hardest thing today. I bobbled around into 7 but no major errors.

Scottish 6 days - Day 4 Culteuchar and Dron
Big open type area with a few longer legs, apparently this was a runners course! But I did quite well today, good rounte choices and only one mistake, as was too low into 14 but realised and ran up the hill right to it.

After racing, we drove up to Inverness so I could play at Belladrum festival with the band. Good fun and camped there until Saturday morning.

Scottish 6 days - Rest Day Sprint Macrosty Park Crieff
It was nice to have a shorter day today and sprint race. good area and felt like I moved well throughout apart from going uphill to 15. Generally clean and safe route choices too. Happy with the run.

Decided to run elites today as it is world ranking. This was a very technical area and mentally very demanding. Had a lot of fun but it was hard and I was quite slow.

Much better day than yesterday and not feeling so rusty. Made sure to take it slowly to start and trust my compass. Didn't take the most direct route into 6 but knew where I was. Also ran past 14 on the way in too but got it.
