Into Glasgow Green for session. It was 6,5,4,3,2,1 min rep with 1 min recovery. Started off a little bit too hard on the first but kept the pace reasonably consistent throughout. Shoes are a bit too soft for a session like this. Stomach wasn’t feeling great but I managed ok.
