Felt it after yesterday evenings run but glad I could hold out. Nice to get up a bit of speed for the first time in a while.

Nice threshold with Ellie riding. Garmin makes it so much easier to sit at a good threshold pace, was a good solid effort. Hot and humid.

Solid hit out, felt like a good threshold session. Doing ~3:55min/km efforts and ~5:20min/km recoveries

Just a run to get back into it after NZ and to test out the brand spanking new Garmin! Run itself was wet and miserable, but fun testing out my watch!

Been in NZ for past 13 days, walked Kepler, Routeburn and Humpridge tracks (130km total) over 8 days
