Lovely run from Braithwaite up Stile end, onto Barrow, round and then over Oughterside back over Stile end and then down the Barrow descent. Felt pretty decent, tried to stick with JB but he's too strong/young! Steph was still feeling after effects of the virus but she was strong as always. Brilliant weather for the lakes, touch of patellar tendinitis but that's what you get for running 4 days straight after a month off - will never learn :-)!

Nice run up Latrigg then into the glen between Skiddaw and Blencathra and back over Latrigg. Felt the lack of training but the beautiful weather and views made up for it. My climbing was surprisingly decent, using the hamstring/glute complex is much more efficient than burning out your quads, wish I'd discovered that 15 years ago!

Took the opportunity to jog up Tinto hill on the way down to the lakes. Steph and I were both still feeling under the weather and running uphill in a full on blizzard probably didn't help. Was a fun wee run though, I felt a fair bit better than yesterday.

Loch kinord loop, first run in a month due to injury. Felt particularly horrible/slow/painful but I persevered. It's amazing the amount of fitness you lose in that time.
