Couple paddle around Haulashore. We timed it perfectly and went out in the lull as the wind changed and it was beautiful on the water. I didn't whinge, except about it being too hot

Nice morning so was going to do Tantragee loop but road's closed. Met another runner Ingrid so we went exploring, found a dead end then I showed her some new tracks

Couple ride in Codgers. Did good on the uphills but feeling wimpy downhill. Walked lots of Turners, then wimped out at the wrong place on new track Holt Hogan. Thought it was going to end really bad but my bike stayed at the top and I rolled down the nice soft dirt grazing my shoulder and bruising both calves and tweaked ankle which hurt the most and made the ride out not so fun
