Rogaine 5:53:20 [3] 37.6 km (9:24 / km) +1784m 7:36 / km
shoes: Bushido v2 (blue & orange)

Wily Weka with Georgia
All the local haunts - botanics, Sharlands, Tangytree, Gramps. My issue was never and issue, just general tiredness and pain.

The pain and suffering was worth it - smashed Brent

Saturday Sep 9 #

9 AM

Mountain Biking 2:53:33 [3] 36.5 km (12.6 kph) +994m
shoes: Brent's Santa Cruz Tallboy

Gravel road bash around Sharlands. Put the map board on and kept track of where I was - harder than it looked in the forestry roads

12 PM

Running (Easy) 51:40 [3] 8.3 km (6:13 / km) +97m 5:53 / km
shoes: Asics Gel Fuji-Trabuco 5

Gutted I forgot to bring my new shoes to wear in.
Long, flat up Maitai with Stephen and Steve.
Feeling much more 'springy' going up the short climbs.

Mountain Biking 1:09:26 [3] 15.0 km (13.0 kph) +318m
shoes: Brent's Santa Cruz Tallboy

Bayview with Don. Muddy plus rained on us. Few twinges down back of left ham, but otherwise legs felt fairly good. Didn't break any records though
5 PM

Running 30:27 [3] 4.8 km (6:21 / km) +188m 5:18 / km
shoes: Bushido v2 (blue & orange)

Started off along Dun trail with Brent, Georgia and Pat but pussed out down zigzag. Left ham was twingy before I started but not too bad during run.
New shoes! Felt good.
6 PM

Strength 10:00 [3]

Exercises from Osteo: clam, squats, lunge-squats, glute and piri stretches
plus a few push ups and more stretches

Wednesday Sep 6 #

Note

Went to Osteopath. I need to strengthen my lower back and glutes, stretch and take shorter strides running. She massaged and stretched my lower back and glutes/pelvis. Felt much better and looser straight after (bit sorer the next day like muscles have been worked). She also nailed the backs of my knees, ow. Have some strengthening and stretching exercises to do
