2nd in Womens. Again, accurate but slow. Almost made 1 mistake. Hesitant but still on the move. Last control I just took a bad longer route choice

Tantragee loop combined with bradshaw to conz. After a while my breathing settled down, then legs became bit sore/tired but ran at slow enough pace I finished feeling ok
