Long run in the Sanctuary. Didnt want to go, nice up there tho of course. Took music to get me through the boring road bits. Bushidos didnt feel good. I wasnt feeling great on the hills, walked. Got a blister on my archilles where I had a mossie bite, reminded me of Godzone arxhilles pain :( . Also tight on top if foot.
Didnt feel smashed after

Dark as we got on the water. Cruised up to inside of boulder bank, I hung back witg Sara for most of it. Then up the bb I tried to keep ob Lynley's wash, lasted almost to forst bach. Stuck behind Jane on way back, was ready to overtake her for thr final sprint but got some seaweed around my rudder which really put the brakes on! Went to shallows and got it off. Thought Lynley was chasing me from cut back to beach, but was only to buoy. Kept going anyway coz time to get to work

Mix of gravel trails by the stream (quite nice) and roads, quite windey.
Felt and went better than expected. Was a few other runner to pass or passing me so good motivation.
