Got cramp in left calf last night. Think I might've got dehydrated on boat, taking sea sick pills wouldn't of helped. Calf sore and tight today, fine while running. Made sure I did some warmup jogging

Cruisey run through Codgers. Tried to keep knee inline. Feel like I have the 'feeling' of where it should be from doing physio exercises

Final points race - double points followed by prize giving, beer and pizza.
Quite windy. Course was round last yacht, along boulder bank up to cut and dolphin (into wind and current) and back along red markers (with wind). I got round yacht first after putting an extra burst on at end (ended up fairy gliding round), unfortunately Lorraine then went wrong way to dolphin. Got there just before her. She passed me on way back and we were really close while trying to catch slightly angled small waves. Heading back into marina (finish) my form fell apart trying to sprint her off (which probably made me slower!) She just beat me. Apparently we were tied 1st for div 4, and I almost won most improved
