Easy run up the Maitai. With Niki to start, but she went up the hills. I had a go at running various paces - probably should have thought about this weeks ago on long runs

Night rogaine 1h - Tahuna
Chose an easy course for myself since Im tapering = not too much hill climb. Then had time to get most points around the beach, flat area.
Made the same mistake as last week, reading the wrong clue so not able to find the answer

Flat run round Neale park, fartlek. Didn't feel like going. Was cold and grey. Did some random faster bits

1 hour leg massage. Had pretty sore calves after and next morning!
