slight sinus headache after, right side

woke up tues and weds mornings with sore muscle in core from holding strange position during dives. Probably good for posture (except the neck) coz its the opposite of sitting hunched over

From central Auckland to domain. Not steady with lots of people, traffic lights etc, Nice to explore the domain. Felt crap on hills. Niggle in leg..somewhere

Hotel gym. Did a few random exercises. Almost left coz there was a weird guy huffing and puffing and jumping up on the machines, thankfully him and another lady left so I could continue while watching the news
