Note

Hips are feeling all out of whack, with super tight hip flexors and other muscles (iliopsoas etc). Need to start stretching, plus continue strengthening glutes again

Paddle from the beach, Tahuna. Sea breeze. Left shoulder felt sore at first, till I turned around and paddled hard to catch waves. So I went round Haulashore Is for another lap. Big chop in cut (wind vs tide) but tide was taking me out so stayed in it rather than the calm eddy. Slightly too big chop at first , but then some fun runners for a while before it calmed off closer to beach. Nice to cruise round by myself, and not do intervals. Swim after

Field checking Wakapuaka map for upcoming club event. Running still hurts my left hip, unless I hold my core/pelvis really straight-like and run funny. Mostly walked
