My first, one, and only training for surf ski race coming up. Not going to get another chance to do a long paddle. 2 laps of Haven. First with Simon. Sprint off at end (he won) then saw Bushy who reminded me about the whale around so I paddled back out again to see if I could see it. Se, but went between haulashore and land and it was pretty rough. Turned around and soon fell out, ok coz it was hot anyway. Didn’t find the whale. Saw Kathryn at end and had a short paddle-chat
