Orienteering 37:00 [3]

X-League, Bayfront. Another great turn out, these races are a lot of fun! Decided to go for the green loop to start, and then headed out to the blue control on the point... which was missing. Could have taken other's words for it but decided to be honest and check for myself. Liked my route choice for the rest of the blue and seemed to make a bit of time up on the few I was following. Decided to go for the big points on number 10 (map memory) even though there was only 9 minutes left. Might have almost made it but could not find the control. Should have trusted if Sudden could not find it it was not there but decided to stick around a few more minutes and check around. Decided I needed to get a black diamond on the way back to account for lost time so grabbed 8 and finished 7(ish) minutes late. FUN! This quick weeknight races are great! However, my leg is not liking me at all now! Calf and lower leg are very sore now, hurts to stand on it. :(

Teachers versus students (annual) game - had fun, ran a lot and made sure the teachers kept a decent lead. Fun! :) too bad I only play once a year.

TNT - two and a half sister plus a step sister. Did 2 sets of the 3 loops, shin pain is increasing so I am going to ease off the running for a few days to see result.
