Ran Monarch from Little John and then dropped into the nice single track on the other side of Old Ancaster, having lots of fun then rolled my ankle with a nice popping sound. Walked the km or so back to Monarch and then was able to run back along Monarch. No swelling or bruising yet, just sore to touch around ankle bone.
