St. Pady’s 5 km road race; I remember how much I hate road running. Flat, boring and over thought my race and mentally slowed myself down. In the end visualized race course as a orienteering map to stop myself from over thinking. May do another just to prove it to myself (mind over matter).

Ice-0 at Cootes, fun run but legs felt like I was running with cement on them. Cut out the big loop across the ice. Fun to finally get to do this since weather cooperated!
