Extremely structured run on a totally flat route. Out-and-back. Tried to hold nearly the exact same pace for the entire run. I was a little more tired (in the legs) than I thought I'd be at this pace but diet wasn't great on Saturday. Eventually turned off thoughts about wanting to go faster and settled into focusing on keeping a narrow band of pace in this workout.
