Training Log Archive: theway

With carmn and Osc on ridge in old blue trailrocs. Talked soccer tactics, soccer champions and threw rocks at trees. Also plenty of short sprint challenges where I tried to get an advantages by calling "sprint to the tree" when slightly ahead. But Oscar won them all and was fearless running up that steepest hill next to the Lodge. It was good to try much faster running than usual. Leg/back doesn't seem to have suffered to much. It was different with Oscar along. Excellent tea with violin mini concert and pottery show afterwards.

Decided I was too tired and it was too cold to ride to Shakespeare with Zombies rehearsal tonight. Rehearsal was good! It's an excellent cast and everyone is working hard and laughing ourselves stupid.
