New Scrivener PB of 10:38, that's the 2nd PB in 3 days because I'm actually trying now. Walked to other side of wattle (2:38) then ran whole way and didn't have to stop for cars.
With Crumin walked to laneway to do 3 reps each. Her best session yet and I could tell it affected her mood for ages afterwards (and not just because she is faster than me). She said a cheery hello to some dog walkers which she never would before. And afterwards I said that she seemed in a happy and energetic mood and she agreed. I felt pretty good too!
Then we headed over to bruce ridge to mostly walk with a few short runs later.
I walked home after a cup of tea. An excellent day of exercise!
