Warming up the spine. Downward Dog was very confusing for the actual dog, she starting barking at me (which never happened before).

Mt Majura with imo. Walk with bit of very light jog to the gully. 5 hills with good technique not going very hard. Felt much better after this than after sunday and all the core and stability ex's are working too.
1:00, 56, 50, 47, 43. Walked down in between. Mostly jogged back to Imo's

commuting to street 3 for first rehearsal for Outta the box. Nice mixed group of improvisors and Real Actors. I am in both worlds. Cold out.
