A very good run with Po on ridge. 5 mins walk warm up then mostly continuous running. Spine gluts hams settled down pretty well so that eventually running felt natural and more flowing. Still felt ready to stop at end but hadn't had breakfast so that's ok. Po is my speed and we have good chats about permaculture principles and pilates.
It rained gently the whole time, perfect cool morning!
