blackie with Fred, very sunny but chilly day. Ran up the hill when I felt like it, dropped back, then ran again to catch up. Did about 4 ints as I felt like it. Running up hill feels good but the second I stop running or walk my breathing is suddenly so much harder. It's a mystery
