Cycling 40:00 [2]

Cycling back and forth to Patti Styles workshop. The perfect workshop to sort out my stuckness in impro at the moment. Brilliant!
Cycling was hot and got bit burnt. Spending evening at Kingo's was sooo good. What a lovely crowd they are, so honest and so funny.

Walking 1:00:00 [2]

Walk to C's, then we ambled over ridge to pond stopping to look at everything.... A winner of a cup of tea back at Carmen's where only blot was the pile of cat vomit on persian rug, but Carmen covered it with an upturned bucket so that was better. She said "I think I'll let B deal with it when he comes home". Not many people have the mental powers to block out a pile of vomit in middle of their loungeroom, I wonder what will happen when the kids come home from school.
Walked to shops, filled my pack til bursting and walked home. Enough fast and hilliness to be exercise.

Walking 1:32:00 [2]
weight:63.7kg

Hot. Home to blackie, lap of circum, home. Only short bits of running when I felt like it, from 20secs to 5 mins. Hot. Probably overdid it but desperate for some good sleeps.
On the way up from OConnor shops I saw a house shrouded by a vast plastic tent that seemed to be sucked onto the house by negative pressure. I looked for the signs and sure enough, "Asbestos Removal services". I crossed over to other side of street just to be sure.

Strength Stability Suppleness (yoga class) 1:30:00 [1]

Tight, uneven, some random aches, busy brain, not serene... Interesting how yoga is a measuring stick for general health. Oh well, only direction is up.
