Run-walk intervals up hill to top of Ridge (16:37), south down FT for a short loop back to dryandra then to carmen's for tea. Felt strong but a bit unco.

Cycling 31:00 [2]

The commute from yoga was part cycle, part swim (still holding on to bike). On impulse I left my rain jacket behind. On arrival home my key decided to give up on it's unlocking abilities, so I wandered down to Lyneham lake, utterly wet through, to observe the high water with all the fun people of my street. The weather was so warm that being wet for ages didn't really make me cold. Besides, it's good to get cold sometimes; more brown fat!

A folded towel and brute force got the house open in the end.

Strength Stability Suppleness (yoga class) 1:30:00 [1]

Yay I got a spot next to the wall. Much more relaxing.

From home to ridge with carmen; top, down to bike path, to pond, far end, home along dryandra.
