Home to C's to drop off cake, to top of blackie, back via friday route. Cold and became rainy, glad I had a back pack with thermals and beanie. Arrived home to J begging help with some home plumbing intervention before I had even opened door, let alone get warm clothes on. Intervention failed and plumber will come on monday.

I did some running down from top and along flat part of CCT but not much.

Walked past shops to clianthus, then ran up it for 4 mins, a walk break, then ran another 2 minutes (steeper) until very steep bit before top of ridge. Jogged down ST to bike track then did a 3rd hill where I had to run every step to the top. Hard but good. Running on an empty stomach seemed to help, felt light and good and hammy niggle has stopped bothering in last few days.

Easy run to C's where I stopped for a chat. Walked home after.

Faster running and form intervals and drills in ints of 2 mins with 1 min walk in between. Local ovals. Sunny warm short and tee weather.

Good class. Salute felt more comfortable, hammie is suddenly rather better. Less tiny yoga pains than usual. I have been eating much better for past week.
