Night headtorch walk while talking to brother on phone, a pleasant way to catch up. Some mysterious rustling in bushes on ridge but couldn't find culprit. Did a run from bike track up to top of O'c ridge trying not to pant down the phone too much.

With Crumin. Walked up scriv, a walk on ridge with few short runs, home again. Performance on cello uke and voice tonight at Smiths so didn't want to feel too tired or lazy, saved some energy.

Good run with Imo and Dusty on Bruce ridge. Went cold and early. Tired after yesterday's PB and ints but pushed myself to keep going. Lots of mtb single tracks, a really good run with company. Had to stop for a few short rests though.

Laneway sprint ints 26, 24, 22 aiming to make each one faster.

New Scrivener PB of 10:38, that's the 2nd PB in 3 days because I'm actually trying now. Walked to other side of wattle (2:38) then ran whole way and didn't have to stop for cars.

With Crumin walked to laneway to do 3 reps each. Her best session yet and I could tell it affected her mood for ages afterwards (and not just because she is faster than me). She said a cheery hello to some dog walkers which she never would before. And afterwards I said that she seemed in a happy and energetic mood and she agreed. I felt pretty good too!

Then we headed over to bruce ridge to mostly walk with a few short runs later.
I walked home after a cup of tea. An excellent day of exercise!

New PB home to Crumin 11:32
Walked for 4.30, ran up hill. Walk with C with few ints of run. Much warmer today, feels like Spring. Tea then some jogging down hill home via shops. Felt good energy up hills in spite of no breakfast. Hammy there just a bit. Feeling more upbeat after a loooong rehearsal yesterday, with doco maker filming to make it more stressful. Tired after and didn't do a single step of exercise yesterday. None.
