Worst class ever. There was a smelly person next to me. Couldn't take it. Left room then decided to come back in a squash into back corner for last part "so as not to bother anyone". Or maybe I'm just not feeling great, it's a nervous week. Not going to run much this week, will save energy for the nights

With Crumin on B.Ridge. The usual sort of loop going to sunny side first. Did some run ints when got to Logrun adding up to 13 minutes total. Felt good and light. Tea after with Ben who was having a day off work after Fitz's challenge on sunday.
