Lake BG with Brad. Lots of familiar faces there today; gramps, stu n lou and Tilley dog, liz and davo, Carol H. I ran the whole way, not one sneaky walk break. That's rare enough that it's worth celebrating. I'm not really a runner, not a real runner anyway

Gardening working bee at the Crowleys. Mattocking and digging grass weeds out of the compacted driveway, also removing an ivy patch. Hot hard work and my arms and back are feeling it

Tried Yoga Mandir for the first time. Ok I have been doing yoga for the Aged, Infirm or Lazy I now realise. This was very different. Hard core - but maybe it will give me one? They hardly let you put your arms down by your sides. I should have gone up the back but wasn't sure where the front was going to be. Only 6 people so couldn't actually hide. Triangle poses! Fortunately there were alternatives offered for the eek Inverted Poses!

getting there and back. Actually caught flan on the bike track although she left my house a few mins before me. She must have been really dawdling! Nice to chat as we rode. Hot on way back

Run with Imo on ridge. Yay Imo-run! Dusty accompanied and seemed the least fit which is unusual. We walked for a while before breaking into a slow and reluctant loping trot. Slow but feeling great now. Imo may even come to parkrun.
