Feeling just a bit bleargh for a few days. Going for an easy run tomorrow morning. Had rehearsal and stuff

Imo and dusty run on BRidge. 9C when I got up brrrr! makes a nice change. Had hints of a gut issue this morning but didn't turn out to be a problem. A good run at nice easy pace with body feeling good all over, no twinges at all. Maybe it was the lentil, saltbush and jaune flammee soup I made yesterday; powerful food. Or maybe that triggered the gut issue.
A familiar anticlockwise loop beginning on fire trails with a walk then up Log Run. Extended at end by looping back to 2nd water tank and picking up Health run. I think I've just done 3 consecutive days of running - that's the power of the easy short run.

Joined my neighbours for their couch to 5k session at 6.30am. It's such a good program for new runners. Feels lovely to run so easy. 8 x 1minute of running with walk between and at either end. Cool damp early morning. I wore a long sleeved top over my tee!

Local run staying on grass and under trees. Much drills and different speeds. Tried to get a neighbour to come with but need to give them more notice. Feel great now in arvo.

Already helping. Lots of core strength and some hammy easing. All while having very long chat with brother so time is bit of a guess. Feel strong and upright now so must have been good enough
