I went to a Cake Eating Competition. I wasn't even an entrant (just watched) and I still feel sick. The winner ate 12 pieces of cake all in 30 minutes. The first withdrawer came at just 4 pieces, then a few 7's, an 8, but I think the 12 was a few ahead of the nearest rival. And she didn't look like she was suffering, unlike a few others.
Edit: I seem to have a bit of a sinus infection and maybe a cold coming on. It wasn't the cake making me sick after all. No useful exercise today.
Outdoor maintenance of deck, much better than a sitting activity. Hammy is feeling much better already. Amazing how quickly my back responds if I do the right thing. Didn't do a proper core session but did some occasional postures when I felt like it. Am relieved that the 1 minute intervals and light jogging on thursday has not made it worse.

Mt Majura with imo. Walk with bit of very light jog to the gully. 5 hills with good technique not going very hard. Felt much better after this than after sunday and all the core and stability ex's are working too. 1:00, 56, 50, 47, 43. Walked down in between. Mostly jogged back to Imo's

commuting to street 3 for first rehearsal for Outta the box. Nice mixed group of improvisors and Real Actors. I am in both worlds. Cold out.
It's my spine and since I've had this problem for decades I don't feel so bad about it now. Time to get back to all the exercises for core with special attention to lumbar. If I have to go back to running only 20 metres at a time I will.
