The run down same way but with a detour on a side track near lower quarry - don't think I've ever been on this track before, well not for a long time anyway. It appeared to have an ancient and eroded concrete surface. I'll call this all running because there was a bit of run on way up. Running feels not too bad although hammy started to niggle by end. Tried to keep good form. I think cold has gone, hurray.

The ride home. Can't believe I did all that on no breakfast (did have a mug of tea with milk though). Metabolic champion, pity about the hammy and slow running ha!
