blackie with the Fred. Up and down the bitumen because it was windy and looked like storm. Rain actually held off. Did last couple of minutes hard (3 steps per breath). L knee bit grumbling but I feel am making progress this week.

sprinting to lightbulb, zooming home in the storm with Jez which was ok because it was so warm that the rain evaporated off the skin. Only got heavy and scary after I got home.
