rode to ridge, did warm up and drills, bit of stretch. then 4 x 1 minute of good running with walking rests. walked and jogged for a cool down. Knee complained about thursday for a few days, bit niggly today but getting there... hopefully

exhausted myself building a garden in the common area. Had to carry water as well as soil, compost, mulch. Great to have a massage to look forward to afterwards
